On Tuesday, 04/05, we spoke to an animation class at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. We did a talk earlier at a school virtually earlier in the year but this was our first in-person in a long time!
It was a very receptive and insightful group and we felt welcomed and comfortable to get into what we came to discuss, which was mostly the process of creating HAKKORI and the first of our new animations.
It was a wonderful opportunity and great to speak (safely) with a group of people in person after such a long time!
4月5日、マサチューセッツ大学アマースト校のアニメーションクラスに呼ばれて自分たちの制作スタイルについてお話ししてきました。今回はOperturaの始まりから、特にHAKKORIと今現在製作中のアニメーションについてお話ししました。
こういう機会がきたときにいつも思うんですが、人のために資料を用意してお話ししている時に初めて自分たちのことを客観的に見れて気がつくことがあります。いつも二人きりでやってるので新鮮な視点をもらえてありがたいな〜。（毎度の緊張はその視点をもらうための支払いみたいなもので…いつまでも慣れない！）
